We understand that plans may occasionally change, and this policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for services booked through the ColorCare website or platform.

 

Cancellations

Before Service Confirmation

You may cancel your service request free of charge before it is confirmed by the ColorCare team. To cancel, access your booking details through your account and select “Cancel Service.”

If payment was made in advance, a full refund will be issued.

After Service Confirmation

Once a service has been confirmed and scheduled, cancellations may be subject to limitations depending on preparation, scheduling, or resource allocation already performed.

Service Unavailability

In rare cases, ColorCare may be unable to deliver a scheduled service due to unforeseen technical, logistical, or operational issues. If this occurs, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time

  • Cancel the service with a full refund, if applicable

No cancellation fees will be applied in such cases.

Rescheduling

If you need to change your appointment time, please contact us as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

Refunds

  • Refunds for advance-paid services will be processed to the original payment method or user account balance, depending on the payment structure.

  • Refund processing times may vary based on payment provider policies.

Refunds Are Not Applicable In the Following Cases:

  • The service was delivered as described and in accordance with agreed standards.

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations when no technical or service failure has occurred.

  • Minor delays or non-critical inconveniences during service delivery.

  • Requests to change the service scope after execution has begun, which may result in additional charges.
